Reserve a time slot and pick up your ticket at the museum ticket office. Valid for members of ICOM, press etc.

Reservation valid for ICOM members, MuseumsuferCard, press, Children under the age of 12, etc. Please have your reservation confirmation and your proof of special authorization ready when you enter the museum. On presentation at the museum ticket office, you will receive your admission ticket for an immediate visit to the Städel collection and all other current special exhibitions.

This reserveration of a time slot is only valid in combination with a membership pass for the Städelverien, press pass, Museum Embankment Card / Ticket or ICOM card.
With this reservation you reserve a time-slot for your museum vistit. When you enter the museum, please present your confirmation of reservation and your authorization for free admission. Upon presentation at the museum ticket office, you will receive your admission ticket for an immediate visit to the collection and the special exhibitions. It is valid for the Städel collection and all special exhibitions.
The members of the Städelverein receive preferential admission on presentation of their Städelverein card together with their reservation.
Reservations can be processed for a maximum of two people in our Online-Shop.
Please be sure to stick to the time slot you have chosen for your entry. This will enable us to coordinate the influx of visitors in such a way as to maintain the hygiene regulations. The duration of your stay in the museum is independent of your entry time slot.
Please go to the main entrance and wait at the marked waiting positions. Our staff will regulate admission and check your reservation.

Children (dependents) under 18 in the company of at least one adult holding a valid online ticket will be granted admission free of charge.
No subsequent returns or refunds.
Tickets will be sent electronically via e-mail. You can present the ticket in print or on your smartphone at the entrance.
