Information about the tour
  • To participate in an online-event you need an internet-enabled device (preferably: PC, laptop) with camera and a microphone. 
  • For an optimal experience use a current web browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Firefox and connect to the internet via LAN or WLAN.
  • After booking a ticket, you will receive an e-mail with an access link (including meeting ID and passcode) no later than two hours before the tour begins. Use this link to join the online-event.
  • It is necessary to enter the meeting ID and passcode to activate the link. Detailed instructions for activating the link and notes on other relevant Zoom functions can be found in the PDF “Technical Quick-guide to Using Zoom”.
  • The events include a short introduction to Zoom, so that this offer is suitable for all participants.
